During the 1960s, Frank Becker operated businesses in New York's mid-Hudson valley, including Traveland, a multi-outlet recreation vehicle dealership. With his father, the late John S. Becker, he also designed two and built one housing development. In 1965, Frank entered politics, won the party's primary for New York State Senate, and was elected county chairman. Realizing that the world will not be saved by politicians, businessmen, scientists, soldiers, doctors,or lawyers, Frank found the Answer in the Word of God.

Led by the Lord, Frank Becker entered the ministry. He served as pastor of churches in Lyons, Troy, and Albany, New York. Working with fellowships of incredibly dedicated fellow servants, the groups founded rapidly growing bus ministries, award-winning Christian schools, and reached thousands with the message of Christ. Over an eleven year period, Frank pastored two conventional churches, and opened a third. He was the founder and administrator of Capital Christian Academy, an award-winning Christian school, grades K-12. For five years, while pastoring the independent, non-denominational, Capital Christian Church, Frank co-hosted a 3-hour daily radio talk show in New York's capital district.

Pastor Becker organized Home Church, Inc in 1976, and helped open several New Testament churches. He is a leader of a scriptural movement to promote church leadership opportunities for "non-professionals" in the spirit of Luther, Wesley, and, of course, the Apostle Paul.

Frank is an award-winning technical writer and published author.

You Can Triumph Over Terror is an emergency preparedness manual to help guide you in preparing for and surviving terror attacks and natural disasters. During the mid-1960s, Frank served as Emergency Housing Officer for the Dutchess County Civil Defense Department, an experience which, following 9-11, helped inspire the writing of "You CanTriumph Over Terror."
